We process personal data in accordance with Legea nr. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data. The operator is A.I. Ghenadi Nicolaev, IDNO 1026023035183, Congaz village, str. Pionierii 5, Republic of Moldova, nikolaev.gd@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• Email address — to create your account and to sign in.
• Payment and balance history — to keep a record of orders.
• Lesson content — the messages you exchange with the virtual teacher, the subtitles of the videos you watch and, if you turn on voice mode or the pronunciation exercises, the corresponding audio recordings.

We do not collect your card details. Payment takes place on the page of the payment service provider, and card details never reach us.

Why we process it

To provide the service to you, to give you access to your account and to keep a record of payments.

Who we share it with

So that the virtual teacher can reply, the lesson content is transmitted to providers of artificial intelligence models — OpenAI, Anthropic and Google — which process it in order to generate the response.

The data is stored on Supabase servers, in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to anyone for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as you have an active account. Data relating to payments is kept for the period required by tax and accounting legislation.

Your rights

Under Legea nr. 133/2011 you have the right of access to your data, the right of intervention in respect of it (rectification, updating, blocking or deletion) and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to request deletion of your account.

If you have an unspent balance, let us know before deleting your account so that we can return it to you.

Any change to this policy is published on this page, with the date of the update indicated.
